📋 Booking Guidelines

Please read carefully before placing your booking:

1. Deposit & Cancellation: £3 deposit is required and will be deducted from your total bill. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

2. Payment: We CASH ONLY in the salon. Please bring cash for your appointment.

3. Selecting Staff: Always select "ANY STAFF" when booking. If you prefer a specific technician, please leave their name in the Comment box.

4. Special & Custom Services: For Infill/Full Set with intricate designs, Nail Art, or Extra-Long Nails, please upload a photo of your desired nail design when booking. You can attach your reference image and add any specific requests in the Note box. Our team will review your design and confirm whether it can be completed before your appointment.

5. Booking Hands & Toes: Click "Add Services" to select hands and toes separately, then note any preferences in the Note box.

6. Pricing Note: Acrylic, BIAB, and Shellac services are priced equally for both Hands and Toes.
